Who we are
S2V Advisory is a procurement transformation and performance consulting firm and a d/b/a of Mehler Advisory Group LLC, based in the United States. You can reach us at info@s2vadvisory.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us, plus anonymous statistics about how the site is used:
- Contact and proposal requests. Your name, company, work email and the message you write.
- Maturity assessment. Your answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to us unless you choose to send your results. If you do, we receive your name, company, work email and your scores.
- Newsletter. The email address you enter to subscribe.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
- Site usage statistics. Our hosting provider, Vercel, counts visits using Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and cannot identify you: each visit is counted with a temporary code that is discarded after 24 hours and is not tied to your IP address. We see only totals: which pages are read, which sites sent visitors here, and approximate location, device type and browser.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to track or profile visitors.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or proposal request.
- To follow up on assessment results you send us.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to, until you unsubscribe.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate the site. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
- FormSubmit: delivers contact and assessment form submissions to our email.
- Buttondown: newsletter subscriptions and delivery.
- Microsoft 365: our business email.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and assessment results for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email.
- Request access, correction or deletion of the information you have given us by emailing info@s2vadvisory.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws. Contact us and we will honor those rights.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to submitted information to those who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as financial account details, through this website.
Children
This is a business website and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
